It really starts with what you tell yourself. Now, when it comes to my body this is where I fall short. I have to be honest when I look in the mirror I pick myself apart. I don't see what others see. Everyday isn't a good day for me and my body. I have a love hate relationship with my body. Some weeks I go really strong vs some days I just do what I want. This back and forth mental pull is a on going struggle that I 100% want to improve on. To jump start my healthy journey to loving my body, I now say the following affirmations to myself.
My health is strong and healing.
I love the skin I'm in.
I am grateful for my self-love journey.
I love myself and my body.
I will trust the process to my body goals.
I am respectful of others opinions of my body.
I will not be offended by others opinions of my body.
I am excited to have a healthy body inside and out.
New beginnings allow growth.
I love my body.
