10 Health & Wellness Affirmations

It really starts with what you tell yourself. Now, when it comes to my body this is where I fall short. I have to be honest when I look in the mirror I pick myself apart. I don't see what others see. Everyday isn't a good day for me and my body. I have a love hate relationship with my body. Some weeks I go really strong vs some days I just do what I want. This back and forth mental pull is a on going struggle that I 100% want to improve on. To jump start my healthy journey to loving my body, I now say the following affirmations to myself.


  1. My health is strong and healing.

  2. I love the skin I'm in.

  3. I am grateful for my self-love journey.

  4. I love myself and my body.

  5. I will trust the process to my body goals.

  6. I am respectful of others opinions of my body.

  7. I will not be offended by others opinions of my body.

  8. I am excited to have a healthy body inside and out.

  9. New beginnings allow growth.

  10. I love my body.

Again, it's super easy to just say these out loud, but you have to mentally want it as well. If you need a like more motivation I've attached a motivational track to help push you to your fullest potential.
